Each visit starts with a skin assessment of the client's concerns and needs. Products, masks and add-ons are then chosen for that client's face, and every treatment includes a signature facial massage. Devices and modalities are added only when the skin assessment calls for them.

The menu spans custom facials, massage-focused facials, a teen facial, chemical peels, microneedling and Sofwave, a non-invasive ultrasound treatment with no downtime. DiamondGlow is the studio's resurfacing treatment; in one step it exfoliates, extracts impurities and infuses customizable SkinMedica serums, and the studio describes it as patented.
