It covers wash and blow dry, braid take down, silk presses, and a range of braiding styles including feed-in, stitch, knotless, Senegalese twists, boho braids with French curls, and custom braids designed from a client's reference photo. Sew-ins, quick weaves, sleek and frontal ponytails, and closure and frontal wig installs and reinstalls are also offered. Reinstalls are only for wigs the studio originally installed. Wig installation is booked separately from braid down and styling. Loc retwists and pixie cuts or maintenance are available for clients with natural hair.

Beyond hair, the salon also handles nails, lashes and makeup. Manicures and pedicures can be done in the classic, gel or Russian style. Set options include acrylic, polygel and Gel-X, and fills are only booked on sets the studio's own technicians applied. Lashes run from light volume up to mega volume, and the fuller sets come with bottom lashes. Makeup ranges from a natural finish to a softer glam look or a full glam look, suited to daily wear, events or big occasions, and lashes are included with it.

Visit rules are set out clearly. Clients should arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period applies, and late arrivals must call ahead, with a $50 late fee possible. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and a deposit can be transferred once. No-shows forfeit their deposit and may need to pay in full to rebook. Extra guests are not allowed unless they are being serviced. The studio is cashless, and any remaining balance is due at the end of the service.
