Visits usually begin with a New Client Skin Consultation, a 30-minute appointment for $26 that covers skin concerns, goals, current routine and a skin assessment. The consultation leads to a personalized treatment and homecare plan, and the fee can be applied toward a future treatment or a Velnaira homecare product. The corrective track is staged: Level 1 is required for all new corrective clients and includes a Personalized Homecare Starter Kit, while Levels 2 and 3 are for returning clients and include a corrective peel. Peeling can last from a few days to about a week, depending on the level.

The facial menu ranges from a 75-minute introductory customized facial, the Velvet Glow, to a 90-minute Pore Perfection facial focused on congestion and blackheads. A Gentlemen's facial is designed for men's skin and beard care, and a Fresh Start facial for teens includes skincare education and a simple at-home routine. The Diamond Dew, an 80-minute HydroDiamond facial, is the salon's signature facial. Sugaring covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, back, chest and intimate areas.

Many services require a $25 deposit, and some only for new clients. Program enrollment deposits range from $100 to $200. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes incur a fee of 75% of the service, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full amount. Clients get one complimentary reschedule using the original deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 AM to 2 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
