The extension menu covers full sets, fills and mini fills in three styles. Classic places one extension on one natural lash in a range of curls and lengths. Hybrid blends Classic and Volume for a fuller look than Classic without the dramatic effect of Volume, and Volume gives a very full, dark look while staying lightweight. A free 30-minute consultation helps clients who are unsure which style or lash sizes suit them. Portfolio examples include Short Volume, Wispy Volume, Black to Brown Ombré Hybrid and Light Hybrid Dolleye styles.

Fills depend on how many extensions remain: at least 50% for full fills and at least 75% for mini fills, otherwise a new full set is charged. Excessive shedding should be reported within 24 hours, since later reports are treated as a touch-up and charged as one. Deposits are non-refundable. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no mascara, eyeliner or eyeshadow. Appointments not started within 10 minutes of the scheduled time must be rescheduled with a charge of 20%, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service cost.

Brow and lash lift services round out the menu. Eyebrow Lamination corrects unruly brow hairs and is described as lasting 8 to 12 weeks, and the henna version adds brow color with shades tailored to each client. Lash lifts and tints use products described as natural and cruelty free. Extension removal is offered to take extensions off without damaging natural lashes.
