Most of the menu is hair color. Options range from a simple color retouch with a blow out to full highlights with lowlights, balayage, and all-over color. Toner can also be booked between appointments to refresh color, and a haircut or color consultation is available at no charge to talk through the look before a service.

Longer services can take several hours, and some may require a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final bill on the day of the visit. A card is kept on file for all appointments. Clients are asked to give at least 36 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late changes may be charged up to 25% of the service, and a missed appointment without notice may be charged up to 50%. Text and email reminders go out 48 hours ahead, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Haircut and color consultations are offered at no charge so the desired result can be discussed before a service is booked.
