Body services include Full Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage with warm river stones, a Body Scrub and a Body Mask. Hair removal uses hot wax for the body and chemical-free threading for the face.

Clients can join a membership with monthly service credit, buy a service package or book a bridal or party package. Gift certificates, memberships and packages can be purchased in person, by phone or by email, and can be mailed on a client's behalf at no extra cost. Policies include a full refund if a client is unhappy with the service, arrival 10 minutes before the appointment, 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes unless illness is documented, and prepayment after two no-shows. Tipping is welcome, and the salon notes that 20% may be the industry standard.
