The menu is organized into brow, lash, combo and waxing services. Brow options include shaping, tinting, lamination and a combined tint and shape. Lash options include tinting, classic extension sets and refills, lash lamination and an allergy patch test. Combo services pair lash and brow work, such as a lash lift with brow shaping and tint, or eyelash and eyebrow lamination together. Waxing covers the face, body, intimate areas and legs, with single-area visits and full-body packages.

Lash lamination results are described by the studio as lasting four to six weeks. Before a lash extension appointment, clients can book a 30-minute patch test to check for sensitivity to lash adhesive. A few lashes are monitored for 24 to 48 hours afterward, and the test is listed at no charge.

Bookings are made through an online GlossGenius page. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 3 PM to 8 PM. It is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Gift cards are available, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
