The menu covers dry and gel manicures, Dazzle dry and gel pedicures, builder gel and hard gel services, and Gel X soft gel extensions in short, medium or long lengths. Nail art comes in two levels: minimal designs on two to four nails, and full custom or hand-painted designs on all nails. Builder gel, hard gel and Gel X services do not include nail art, which is booked as an add-on, and add-ons such as chrome, cat eye, French finish and ombre can be added to a booking.

Bookings carry a $15 deposit that is non-refundable and counts toward the final bill. Changes must be made at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a 100% cancellation charge. Missed appointments are billed the complete cost of the service. Clients who arrive up to 10 minutes after the start time are still seen, while later arrivals may have the visit canceled and be billed in full. Guests beyond the client, including children, are not allowed during appointments.

Dazzle dry services use a quick-drying, vegan, eco-friendly polish, and builder gel services use Luminary builder gel.
