VARA Salon Suites Layton

VARA Salon Suites is operated by VARA Salon Suites HQ LLC. Rather than running a salon of its own, the company rents individual suites to beauty professionals who work for themselves and manage their own client books.

The company describes its spaces as move-in-ready and says the suites have modern, updated interiors. Each suite has a private sink inside the room, and every room includes a shampoo sink, either pedestal or integrated. Most locations also have recessed lighting with an optional center pendant light. A variety of suite sizes and price options is offered, so tenants can choose the space that fits their work.

Access is handled through a secure keypad at the building entrance, and every suite has its own digital keypad with a private entry code. The buildings are open 24 hours a day. Tenants also get complimentary laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, a shared tenant lounge and a private break room, along with parking for themselves and their clients.

In Arizona, the business has locations in Chandler (Pecos), Glendale (Happy Valley) and Phoenix (Awhatukee). The buildings in Salt Lake City and Bountiful each include a classroom that both tenants and non-tenants can book.

Prospective tenants can ask about leasing a suite through the contact form on the website or by phone. The company typically responds to contact form inquiries within a few hours. The Utah phone number is (435) 292-5802, and the contact email is contact@varasuites.com. Each location lists its own phone number.
