Full extension sets take between 130 and 180 minutes depending on style, and two-week fills take about 105 to 120 minutes. Mini fills take 60 to 70 minutes and must be booked within 7 days of the last full appointment. Anime extensions are a dramatic, spiky look inspired by Japanese anime and manga characters.
The Korean lash lift is a customized treatment for natural lashes that gives a soft curl without extensions. It takes 90 minutes, is offered without tint for $85 or with tint for $95, and according to the salon lasts up to 6 to 8 weeks. Lash removal takes 45 minutes and costs $30.
Clients new to extensions can book a patch test, which takes 45 minutes and is offered at no charge, to check for allergic reactions to the lash adhesive before a full application. For a major event, the salon advises new clients to book a trial 2 to 4 weeks ahead. Many services require a $30 deposit, and a $30 retainer reserves an appointment and is applied to the total cost. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead keep the retainer; later changes forfeit it and require a new one.
Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice and are made by text or Instagram DM rather than email. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service, and arrivals more than 10 minutes late count as late cancellations. Guests cannot join the appointment room, as there is no extra seating, so they wait in the lobby or nearby. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup, moisturizer, skin tint, SPF or serums. Lash concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment, and refunds are not given. Payment is accepted by tap to pay, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo and cash, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
