Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Full sets come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, with appointments running from about one hour 40 minutes for classic to three hours for volume. Fills are timed to the lash growth cycle: classic fills are offered one or two weeks after a set or last fill, depending on how many lashes remain, while hybrid and volume fills have their own retention requirements. Clients who had lashes applied by another provider can book a foreign fill, which needs more than 40 percent of lashes remaining, and a full set may be charged depending on the lashes remaining, their quality or previous work.
Beyond lashes, the business offers a keratin lash infusion, also called a lash lift, which curls natural lashes for six to eight weeks and suits people who want curl without the upkeep of extensions. Staff can advise which option fits a client's natural lashes and lifestyle. Powder brow touch-ups are available to current clients, tooth gems are attached with dental adhesive without drilling, and full face waxing covers brows, upper lip, chin and sideburns. Clients are asked to arrive with clean eyes, free of eye makeup and contact lenses, and to keep lashes dry for 24 hours after extensions or a lift.
Fills add extensions to new natural lash growth and remove grown-out extensions. The business says most clients need a fill every two to three weeks, though this varies by person.
