Bohemian knotless braids are the largest group, offered in seven sizes from extra small to jumbo, and are light knotless braids finished with soft boho curls. Knotless braids come in five sizes and are described as tension-free with a natural finish. Gypsy braids are knotless braids with curls from root to tip, and the Island, Alliance, Passion and Senegalese twists come in small, small medium and medium sizes. Other options include French braids, soft locs and butterfly locs, bora braids with bouncy curls, triangle braids with triangle partings, and other styles such as stitch braids, locs and crochet, which are booked through a general option.

Before a visit, guests should have their hair washed, dried and free of tangles, unless the appointment already includes a wash. Additional preparation carries extra charges.

Booking is required in advance. Clients should arrive on time, since arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment is rescheduled. A non-refundable $30 deposit is required for certain services, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid fees or loss of the deposit. Full payment is due right after the service, and cash, Zelle, Cash App and card are accepted. Retouches carry an additional fee based on the style and the adjustment needed. Concerns about a service must be raised within 72 hours of the appointment, and the business states that no refunds are issued under any circumstances.

Guests are asked to hold still during the hot-water dip and to refrain from quick motions whenever shears, needles or heated styling tools are being used, pausing until told it is safe to move. Children need to remain composed and seated, and a child who cannot stay seated may lead to the service being refused. Additional companions are only admitted with prior permission, anyone who feels ill should book a later date, and the salon accepts no responsibility for items that are lost or mislaid.
