Acrylic fills are priced by length, with Short, Medium and Long options, and full sets follow the same three lengths at a higher starting price. Gel X nails are offered in the same three lengths. Manicures include a regular polish option, a classic gel option and two structured manicure lengths. Pedicures include a children's pedicure and a dry gel pedicure that does not involve a soak. Add-ons cover nail repair, French tips, soak offs, gel polish changes and three levels of nail design, from simple to max.
Clients can book online through the studio's GlossGenius page. Before an appointment, clients may send an inspiration photo. When booking a design, clients are asked to name the design type. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments, and children are only allowed when they have their own booked service. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, and a cancellation fee of 20% applies. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold.
Opening hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays. A free consultation can be arranged, which takes about 10 minutes by phone to talk through nail goals and confirm details.
