The approach combines modern medicine, yoga, stress reduction and Ayurveda. The business says that pairing Western medical systems with Eastern practices is superior to either one alone, and it describes Ayurveda as the world's most advanced form of medicine for immunity and longevity; these are its own claims. Treatment is individualized and aims at the underlying cause of a concern rather than only the symptoms.
A first visit usually begins with a one-hour Ayurveda consultation for first-time clients, priced at $130. Treatment plans start with pulse diagnosis and may include a dosha-based diet, and yoga, meditation, exercise and lifestyle guidance are tailored to each person's Prakriti. After treatment the team follows up on progress and addresses physical, mental or emotional concerns. Consultations can be requested through an online form or by phone. Single treatments range from a 15-minute herbal steam at $40 to one-hour warm oil treatments at $175.
Panchakarma retreats run eight days and seven nights in Mysore and Kerala, India, and in Groveland, Florida. They combine daily Ayurvedic therapies with yoga, meditation and organic meals, and are led by physicians who hold a private consultation before setting a personalized protocol.
Treatment is individualized and aims at the root cause of a condition, treating the whole person. The business combines modern medicine, yoga, stress reduction and Ayurveda, and its retreats are physician-guided.
