Hand and toe options run from regular and gel polish changes and manicures to regular and gel pedicures, with combined manicure and pedicure packages. Men can book manicures, pedicures, a combined visit, a spa pedicure, callus removal and buffing. Children have manicure and pedicure services with separate pricing for ages 2 to 9 and for ages 10 and up.
Enhancement work includes new sets and refills in crystal with gel color, dipping powder, gel with gel colors, ombre, and pink and white, plus nail design on two fingers, ten fingers or with a French finish. Nail repair is priced per unit, and the menu also covers shape changes, cutting down, and removal of acrylic, dipping powder, powder or gel color. Waxing covers lip, eyebrow, chin, underarm, half and full arm, and half and full leg.
Gel, dip powder and acrylic work carries a 3-day warranty that does not cover breaks caused by customer mishandling, and warranty claims may need a receipt or photo. Refunds are not given for completed services, so any concern should be raised before leaving the salon. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service, are non-refundable, and are redeemable for services at their original value only.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, and those under 12 may receive services only with parental consent. Only clients getting a pedicure may sit in the pedicure chairs. Pets are not allowed except service animals, phone calls are allowed at low volume but video calls and speakerphone are not, and recording video inside is not permitted. Clients with a fever, cold, flu or infection are asked to reschedule, and service may be refused if open wounds, fungus or infections are present. The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Hours are Monday and Wednesday through Friday 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Sunday 10:30 am to 5:00 pm, and closed on Tuesday.
