Services are for women only. Appointments are booked online through the studio's Square booking page, though a few threading services (chin, sides and forehead) are booked by calling or texting the studio instead.

The menu covers brows, facials, lashes, threading, tinting, waxing, hands and hair. Brow options include lamination on its own or with a tint. Facials range from a quick express treatment and a teen clean-up to a back facial and a customized facial chosen by skin type. Lash lifts come on their own or with a tint. Clients who have not booked in the past three months need to book the Brazilian wax as a new client.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6:30 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm; the studio is closed on Sundays. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $5, $10, $20 or $50 amounts or a custom amount, and can go to one recipient or be shared as a group gift. They can be reloaded and their balance checked online.
