It runs from a mini refresh that adds foils at the hairline, face-framing pieces, temples and select nape areas, to balayage, full highlights and babylights, and a global bleachout that lightens the whole head. A global bleachout requires a consultation and may take several sessions depending on starting level, color history and the result wanted.

Color services include all-over color, gloss and toner, root touch-ups for gray coverage, reds and coppers, a root melt with toner, and color removal and color correction for buildup from artificial color. Cuts cover women's haircuts, trims, a haircut with deep conditioning and steam, and a curly cut done curl by curl. Styling includes blowouts, thermal styling on dry hair, braids and updos, and makeup ranges from soft and full glam to a package that pairs glam with hair styling.

Many prices are listed as a starting amount, and the salon says costs can rise with hair length, density, regrowth, overall condition or product use. Lived-in blonde and full highlight services carry an extra charge for added length or density. A valid card must be on file for every appointment and is charged only if a fee applies. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice; changes inside that window, same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled total, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rebooked. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other clients. Retainers are non-refundable, though with 48 hours' notice one may be applied to a later appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

Many blonding, color and treatment appointments include steam, masks, bond building and toning as part of the service, and the time and price of each booking follow the hair's length, density and condition.
