Vallie Studios is a suite building at 10308 Bailey Road in Cornelius, where independent beauty professionals rent their own private studio instead of working on a shared salon floor. Studios are available to hair stylists, estheticians and other beauty professionals.

Each studio is fully equipped with a shampoo bowl, utility sink, styling chair, cabinets with adjustable shelving, granite countertops, a mirror and a lock. Professionals have 24-hour access to their studio, and the building has an on-site laundry facility.

Tenants can personalize the look of their studio by choosing its paint and wall décor, and they can mark the space with their own logo or name above the glass sliding door. Professionals keep all of the income from their services and products.
