Clients who want quiet time can add the Introverted Experience, which takes about 10 minutes at no extra cost. After a brief consult, the stylist listens to a book on headphones during the service.

Music, Netflix and YouTube can be played during appointments on request, and complimentary snacks and drinks are offered. Online booking is described as the quickest way to secure a time.
