Services are grouped into brows and lashes, facials, facial waxing and add-ons. Brow work includes brow sculpting that starts with a consultation on the desired shape, a brow stain that lasts several days on skin and several weeks on hair, and brow lamination that sets brow hair into shape for six to eight weeks. Lash lifts curl lashes semi-permanently and can be tinted. A Divine Duo combines a tinted brow lamination with a tinted lash lift.

Facials include an express dermaplane, a 30-minute treatment with a double cleanse, sterile-blade dermaplaning and a finish with SPF. Clients keep their own clothing for it rather than changing into a spa wrap. Add-ons include gua sha on the face, a brow ritual with under-eye pads, a brow mask, a scalp massage and a lip treatment, and an enzyme or mask upgrade for the express dermaplane. Facial waxing covers the chin, upper lip, cheeks and full face, with soft or hard wax depending on the area.

All rituals use cruelty-free, vegan products, and clients can request a skincare sample before buying a full-size product. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice, with a 20% late fee for changes made inside that window. Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show with a 50% fee, and clients who are sick are asked to reschedule. A referral discount of $10 applies to both the new client and the person who referred them, though discounts cannot be combined. Unhappy clients may receive a complimentary touch-up within 48 hours of their service. Service, retail and gift certificate sales are final.
