Visits can open with a complimentary 15-minute consultation for discussing goals and which options fit them. Coloring makes up the bulk of the menu: root touch-ups start at $80, and the rest runs from single and double process color to balayage, ombre and highlights. Creative looks include color blocking, ghost roots, fox tips, chunky highlights, split dye, peekaboo and skunk stripes. Roots extending past 2 inches are billed as single process color. Double process works in two steps, typically lifting the hair before depositing color, and it suits one-tone vivid shades.
Cut and style services include a wash and haircut, a wash and blowdry, and a wash, haircut and blowdry, with flat iron or curling iron styling offered as an add-on. Bang trims are quick and free if the stylist cut the bangs at the previous appointment. Treatments include a deep conditioning treatment for dry hair, a dandruff treatment that can be added to any haircut or blowdry, and a clear conditioning hair gloss treatment for dull, rough hair.
Color services require a $25 deposit, wash and cut or wash and blowdry services require a $10 deposit, and the hair gloss treatment requires a $15 deposit. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; deposits are not refunded after that cutoff. Appointments not started within a 15-minute grace period are cancelled and the deposit is kept, and color cancellations after the cutoff carry a fee of 30% of the final service total.
