Most services require a deposit, ranging from $5 to $160. A deposit can be moved to a new date once through the website; a second reschedule requires a new deposit. Same-day changes must be arranged by text message. A no-show is defined as arriving 15 or more minutes late or cancelling within 36 hours of the appointment, and a 100% cancellation fee applies.
