Clients who want to talk through color can book a 30-minute color consultation for $25. That fee is applied toward a future service with Sydney; if no service is booked, the $25 is charged at the consultation. Extensions follow a similar path: a 30-minute extension consultation costs $50, and invisible tape-in installs can only be booked after that first consultation. At the consultation, clients may purchase hair if they decide to go ahead.
