The name comes from chemistry, where valence measures how strongly two elements are bonded. The practice pairs imaging science with aesthetic judgment. Across six rooms, the clinic houses two treatment rooms alongside a laser suite, a body studio, a consultation room and an imaging bay.

A visit begins with a conversation about what the client has noticed and what bothers them. Examination and imaging follow when they add something useful. The practice says it will be direct about what is likely to work, what probably will not, and when waiting is the better choice. The aim is understated results, with treatment kept to the least needed for the goal. Sessions are spaced so the team can see how the skin responds and adjust the next step, and follow-up checks are part of the plan after treatment.

Every consultation, whether or not a treatment is booked, includes full multispectral imaging, an annotated walkthrough of the renders and a written plan. Each render is shared with the client to keep. The consultation costs $150 and is credited toward the first treatment. Pricing is indicative and confirmed at the consultation. Consultation requests receive a reply within one business day.

The signature laser is UltraClear, a cold-fiber resurfacing treatment for tone, texture, fine lines, sun damage, pores and acne scarring. It operates at 2,910 nanometers and has six treatment modes, from the lightest, Clear, up to Surgical, with depth and coverage set per mode. Plans are programmed from the client's scan data rather than a preset. The practice states the laser is FDA-cleared. Downtime is 2 to 4 days. Starting prices are $650, or $550 for members.

Other offerings include Botox and Dysport neuromodulator treatments for frown lines, crow's feet, jaw and neck, taking about 20 minutes, at $14 per unit. Dermal fillers are placed in the cheeks, chin, jaw, lips and under the eyes, usually in one or two visits, and only reversible hyaluronic acid fillers are used, starting at $750 per syringe. Peels, including medical facials and chemical peels with a short home routine, take about 50 minutes and start at $220. Laser hair removal covers the face and neck, underarms, bikini and Brazilian, legs, and back and chest, with most areas finishing in six to eight sessions. Hydrodermabrasion facials are 30 to 45 minute treatments that cleanse, exfoliate, extract and hydrate, with no downtime, starting at $175.

Three membership options are available. The Founding Membership is $150 per month, banked in full toward the next treatment, with a locked rate while active, 15 percent off services excluding products, $2 off each neuromodulator unit, and a $100 referral credit for each enrolled friend. The Baseline is $95 per month with rolling monthly credit, two imaging scans a year and member pricing at the dispensary. The Standing Plan is $380 per month with rolling monthly credit, imaging at any time, access to a physician line and 20 percent off at the dispensary. A medical-grade skincare dispensary sells products, with prescription-grade items released only after physician review. Shipping is free on orders over $150, same-day pickup is available in Barrington, and dispensary orders earn 10 percent back as treatment credit. Dispensary products can be returned within 30 days.
