Clients can start with a $25 in-person consultation lasting 30 minutes, which covers hair goals, challenges and maintenance and includes an in-person look at the hair and scalp. New clients can book a full curl transformation starting at $255, which takes 150 minutes or more. It includes a dry curly cut, a clarifying cleanse, a hydrating treatment, personalized styling and a diffused dry. A $15 bond repair add-on is offered for damaged hair. Returning clients can book a curly wash and style from $75, a curly cut and style from $170, or a 60-minute express cut for $100 with a $25 deposit that covers trims and shaping only. Changing length or shape, or adding bangs, requires a return cut and style.

Color and highlight work includes all over color with style from $250 for virgin hair, root and grey coverage from $70, toner from $70 and a highlight experience from $350. The curly cut and highlight experience is a longer appointment of about 420 minutes at $600, covering a dry curly cut, all over highlights, toner, bond repair and a diffused style. Photos for that service are sent by text after booking.

Booking requires a deposit. Payment is accepted by Zelle, exact cash, or tap to pay with a 3.5% convenience fee. Clients who need to change a time are asked to reschedule at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance can transfer the deposit to a future appointment within 30 days, while cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit and a new one is needed to rebook. No-shows are charged 30% of the total service booked, and services received are not refunded. Clients are asked to allow extra time and patience on arrival.

Hours are Monday and Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 10:30 AM to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday 10:30 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 4 PM.
