Each set is customized to the client's eye shape, preferences and lifestyle, including length and style. Classic and natural extensions place one lightweight extension on each natural lash for added length and a soft curl. Hybrid sets blend classic singles with volume fans, roughly 30% classic and 70% volume, for a textured, wispy finish. Russian volume sets layer multiple ultra-fine synthetic lashes onto each natural lash, starting from 0.03mm. The salon says it uses professional-grade materials chosen to protect natural lash health.

Fills are offered every two to four weeks to replace grown-out extensions. Refills are booked within 7, 14 or 21 days of the last visit depending on the week, and week three refills need at least 40% of extensions still in place. Extensions typically last four to six weeks, and infills every two to three weeks are recommended to keep a full look. A lash lift curls natural lashes from the root without a curler and lasts six to eight weeks; the lift and tint version adds darker color afterward.

Colored accents are available as an add-on, including color at the outer corners and Swarovski crystal options. Clients who had lashes applied at another salon can book refills, and extension removal is also offered. Booking is done by contacting the salon, no deposit is required, and payment is due after the appointment in cash, Venmo or Zelle; credit and debit cards are not accepted. Appointments can be cancelled by contacting the salon at least 48 hours ahead. Clients arrive with a clean face free of eye makeup and avoid oil-based skincare around the eyes for 24 hours beforehand. Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday 9 am to 7 pm, Sunday 9 am to 3 pm, and closed Wednesday. Gift cards are sold in physical and digital form, and the recipient chooses the treatment.

The salon also offers a one-day, in-person 1:1 eyelash extension course in New Jersey, priced at $1,100 in total. A $500 non-refundable deposit is payable by Venmo or Zelle, with the balance due on the day of training, and a certificate is given on completion.
