Color is the main focus. New clients start with a 15-minute consultation, offered in person or by FaceTime, to talk through their goals and check the condition of their hair. The $20 consultation fee is credited toward a later color appointment, and booking it requires a $19.50 deposit. Grey coverage comes in an express version that leaves hair wet, a signature version that includes a trim and blow-dry, and a root melt option with toner. Highlights range from a mini or express service for minimal regrowth to partial and full foiling or balayage, with lowlights, root smudge, toner or gloss, bond builders and styling as needed. Gray root coverage and haircuts can be added to the mini or express highlight.

Haircuts are offered in two lengths of service. A maintenance cut is a 30-minute dry or lightly damp cut for short styles and routine upkeep, and does not cover longer hair or major shape changes. A custom cut and finish takes an hour and includes a wash, wet cut, blow-dry and dry refinement. Consultations are not required for haircuts.

Tokio Inkarami Cellular Repair is a multi-step treatment, described by the salon as a premium Japanese treatment using patented amino acids and keratin technology. It can be booked alone or added to a color or haircut, and the salon recommends it every four to six weeks.

Packages and gift cards are available. The four-visit and five-visit express grey coverage packages save money over single visits and include retail products at half off their retail value. Gift cards come in fixed amounts or a custom amount and are final sales. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 20%, and no-shows are charged 50% to the card on file. The salon says its pricing is transparent, with no surprise add-ons at checkout.

Color services are built around the customized color, treatments and finishing needed to reach the result a client wants.
