The spa says there is no single routine that suits everyone. Before a treatment, the team checks the skin, talks through the client's concerns and explains options, then tailors each facial to what the skin needs. A free 15-minute consultation lets clients talk through skin concerns and choose a facial before booking. The spa names honesty, safety, attention to detail and genuine care as its principles, and states it offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every service.

Facials run from an Express Facial at $65 to the Procell MD Microchanneling Facial at $350, with options such as hydrating, oxygen, diamond glow, collagen and vitamin C treatments. Acne is handled in three levels, from a deep-cleansing Level 1 to an extended Level 3 that begins with a full skin assessment. Back treatments include customized facials, purifying and chemical peel options, microdermabrasion with a hydrating mask, and back microneedling.

Permanent makeup covers brows, lips and lash line enhancement, and the spa offers a free consultation before permanent makeup brow treatments. Brow services include shaping, tinting and lamination, and there is a lash lift with tinting and a combined brow tint and lash lift. Skin tag, mole and milia removal are also offered, with prices for those removals not listed on the page.

Booking requires a deposit of $15 to $50, depending on the service, which is credited toward the appointment on the day; the balance is paid that day. Payment is accepted by cash, debit card, credit card, Zelle and Cash App. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, and the deposit can move to the new date once. Cancellations under 24 hours, cancellations without rescheduling and no-shows make the deposit non-transferable. Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late may have services shortened, adjusted or rescheduled. The spa also lists a membership that saves 10 percent on services and earns spa rewards, a referral program that gives Spa Credit for new clients, and a birthday club.
