The surgical side covers breast procedures such as augmentation, lifts, reduction, male breast reduction, implant removal, secondary revision and reconstruction. Body procedures include arm lifts, thigh lifts, tummy tucks, liposuction, ultrasonic liposuction and Brazilian butt lifts, and face procedures include facelifts, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, brow lifts, chin surgery, ear surgery, facial implants and hair replacement. The practice also lists general reconstruction, hand surgery, microsurgery, scar revision and skin cancer treatment. Many of Dr. Rose's procedures take place at First Street Surgical Center in Bellaire, a 12,000 square foot facility with four operating rooms and 10 recovery rooms. The center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, serves elective patients only, and offers 23-hour observational stays. Patients are asked to arrive at least two hours before surgery, each suite includes a sofa bed for one overnight guest, and visitors after surgery are limited to two at a time.

A new patient meets Dr. Rose at the first visit, who evaluates whether they are a candidate for treatment and builds a personal care plan around their needs and goals. All injection procedures are approved by Dr. Rose first. Injectable prices vary by product, so clients are directed to ask the aesthetic nurse which products suit them.

The medspa offers medical facials, Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, Kybella, Sculptra Aesthetic, chemical peels, laser treatments and body contouring. The Utopia Membership Program lets members tailor a skincare plan to their concerns, beginning with a complimentary Visia skin analysis and then a plan built around their goals, with member pricing on treatments. Patients from Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Fort Worth are also served. Financing is available through CareCredit Patient Payment Plans.
