The suite has its own entrance on the outside of the office building, behind the Jack in the Box, so clients should use that door rather than entering the building itself. Visits are by appointment only, with weekday hours from early afternoon into evening and Saturday afternoon hours. Before a filler treatment, clients have a consultation with a live telehealth nurse practitioner, who also suggests how much product to use. Clients can text or call to ask questions, and can text photos of a concern for reassurance before deciding what to do.

Prices appear in several places on the salon's listing. According to the salon, lip filler generally runs from about $400 per syringe at the low end up to $1,500, with an average of $650 or more per syringe, varying by product, injector and other factors. Skin booster prices are in the online booking system. Lipolysis pricing is set by the size of the treatment area and the number of vials required. Clients can pay with cash, Zelle, Cash App, debit or credit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and a payment plan through Cherry is available.

Booking rules matter here. Clients should arrive no more than 10 minutes early, and only the client goes into the procedure room, so guests wait in the waiting room. Children are not allowed in the suite unless arranged beforehand. Intake and consent forms must be completed, initialed and signed, and a valid photo ID is required. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows carry a $20 fee per booked service charged to the card on file. Services are non-refundable, and the business reserves the right to refuse service.
