Pedicures are a major focus. The regular pedicure includes a soak, exfoliation, cuticle cutting, callus removal and a lotion massage. The deluxe version adds paraffin wax and a sugar scrub, and the USA pedicure adds a mask, Tiger Balm and hot rocks imported from Vietnam. The salon says its pedicure chairs combine relaxation with sanitation; the chairs are noiseless and pipeless.
Each customer is served with ultra-hygienic disposable liners. Shellac, a UV-cured gel polish, dries instantly and is said to last up to two weeks, and the salon says it is non-abrasive to natural nails. Waxing uses a natural wax and is performed by an experienced aesthetician.
Walk-ins are welcome, same-day appointments are available, and bookings can be made online. Gift certificates are offered. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel, and to tell the salon about diabetes or chemical allergies, since products cannot be guaranteed allergy-free.
Hygiene is built into the setup, with disposable liners for every client and pipeless pedicure chairs. The salon describes its staff as well-trained and careful.
