The salon states that it uses fresh single-use files and buffers for each client and disinfects metal tools between clients. Pedicures use fresh liners and a new plastic liner in the basin each time. Stations are wiped down with hospital-grade disinfectant between clients. Lash extensions are applied with medical-grade adhesive using single-use disposables, and gel polish is cured under a lamp between coats.

Menu prices are what the client pays, and the salon says there are no surprise charges at the counter.
