The menu is broad. Manicures and pedicures range from basic to ultimate levels, and combo services pair a pedicure with a manicure. Pedicures can include an organic sea salt scrub, a salt foot soak, a purifying or collagen mask, hot towels, callus removal, and paraffin wax or hot stone at the higher levels. Gel polish can be added to any pedicure or combo.

Herbal spa services use pouches of herbs and spices, heated by steam or in oil, with essential oils, dried herbs, and unscented scrubs and lotions. A separate Botanical Escapes menu offers herbal spa treatments named for their intent, including Rejuvenation, Mental Clarity, Stress Relief, Herbal Detox, Just for Women, Bridal Bouquet, Renewing Rose and Relaxing Lavender. The salon states these are not medical remedies and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Healing herbal booties, gloves and a neck wrap are offered as natural aromatherapy wraps.

Nail enhancements cover full sets in acrylic, dipping powder, pink and white, and white tip, along with fill-ins, gel color, gel backfills and dipping powder on toes. Additional nail work includes repair, French tips, nail design, removal and polish changes. Permanent makeup covers eyebrows, lip tattoo and eyelid lift, and plasma technology is offered for skin rejuvenation and skin tag removal. Ombre and microblading brows are described by the salon as smudge-proof, waterproof and natural-looking.

Tools are sterilized before use and equipment is single-use, with brand-new files, pumice and buffers for each client. Clients should mention any medical conditions or allergies before service. All services are non-refundable, so anyone dissatisfied should say so before leaving. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service, are non-refundable and are redeemable at their original value, not for cash. Coupons cannot be used to buy gift certificates or combined with other promotions. Children must be supervised at all times, only pedicure clients may use pedicure chairs, and the salon is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Tools are sterilized before each use, equipment is single-use, and every client gets new files, pumice and buffers.
