Hygiene is a core part of the studio's routine. Files and buffers are disposable: each one is used for a single appointment and then thrown away. Metal tools are cleaned and then sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave. Once sterilized, they are packed in airtight sterile packaging and only unsealed when a service begins. Treatments use organic oils and plant-based exfoliants.
The menu covers classic and signature manicures and pedicures, gel polish manicures, polish changes and gel upgrades, removals, refills and overlays, custom acrylic, full sets and rebalances. The salon marks its Gel Polish Manicure and Signature Pedicure as its most booked services, and says the gel polish manicure lasts over fourteen days. A Youthful Manicure, Youthful Pedicure and a combined Little Lady Mani and Pedi are offered for guests 10 and under.
