Manicures and pedicures follow the same three-step ladder of Bare, Box and Rejuvenate, with regular or gel polish. Gel extensions are offered for manicures, using Designex Pro press-on nails, and the business says this option is better for overall nail health after extensive testing. Pedicures also include a seasonal Blossom option focused on heavy callus care and moisture, with warm steam, exfoliation, electric file callus removal, hot stone therapy, a foot mask and a candle oil massage.

The Box adds paraffin wax, a candle massage and a luxe mask, with a choice of lemongrass or white tea. The Rejuvenate level adds a keratin treatment, extended massage, premium skincare and kansa wand therapy, along with a complimentary Aroom drink and a choice of Milky Silky, Herbal or Matcha experience.

Nail art is offered in five tiers, from one-color chrome, French tips, lines and dots at the entry level to geometric and negative space designs, aura nails, ombre, 3D art, charms and hand-painted scenes at the top. Nail art must be booked with a gel manicure, and clients booking tiers three through five are asked to text a photo of the design for confirmation. Gel is used for nail art because it dries instantly and lasts longer.

Services are by appointment, booked online or by phone, with walk-ins sometimes accommodated after last-minute cancellations. Clients should arrive within 15 minutes of their time, as later arrivals without notice are treated as no-shows and charged the full service price. Changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half the appointment cost. A credit or debit card is needed to hold a reservation, payment is due at completion, and groups of more than four receive an automatic 20% gratuity. Hours are 10am to 7pm on weekdays and 10am to 5pm on Sundays. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
