The spa has served the Charlotte, NC community since 2005 and says it has offered wellness experiences there for more than two decades. It calls itself Charlotte's Premier Day Spa and describes itself as award-winning; those are its own descriptions rather than independent recognition.

Both spas are in shopping centers near highways. The Huntersville location is at The Park Huntersville, off exit 23 of I-77. The South Charlotte location is at Carmel Plaza, reached from exit 61 or 64 of I-485. Appointments are requested through the website or by phone. Online booking requests are confirmed by a guest services associate who calls within the day.

Showers and lockers are complimentary and private, and lockers can be reserved for $10. The relaxation lounge is for members and spa package guests. The South Charlotte location adds a lounge area, a tea bar and a 10-jet mineral rinse shower.

The menu is broad. Massage options run from Swedish and deep tissue work to Ashiatsu, hot stone, cupping, table Thai, reflexology and Reiki, which the spa notes is energy therapy rather than massage. Skincare covers facials, microdermabrasion, peels, dermaplaning, Hydraderm treatments and microneedling, and the Ageless series combines a consult with several facials, microderms and a peel. The Japanese head spa comes in 60- and 90-minute sessions, and the spa also offers body wraps, polishes and airbrush tanning. A standard 20% service fee applies to spa packages and to services over 120 minutes, and a 20% facility fee applies to the Elements Package.

The spa frames its services as wellness experiences and says it focuses on guest service. Treatments can be combined into packages for a longer visit.
