Waxing and sugaring are offered side by side because the salon says both give the same hair removal result through different techniques and products. Waxing uses hard wax for the face, underarms and bikini areas, and a thin soft wax removed with pellon strips for legs and back. Sugaring covers bikini, Brazilian, thong, inner thigh, brow, face, lip, chin, body and underarm areas. Brazilian is described as the most popular service.
Guests can book online. The salon asks people to arrive on time, and guests more than five minutes late may need to rebook. Bikini-style services are booked as V or P based on the guest's anatomy, and the salon says its team receives specialized training for both. Only one guest is allowed in the treatment room at a time, and children may not wait unattended in the lobby. Towels and disposable underwear are not provided for bikini services. The salon suggests a mild pain reliever about 30 minutes before an appointment and says guests who are on their period can keep their appointment and use a tampon. Most Brazilian appointments take 15 to 30 minutes, and first visits may run longer.
Hair needs to be at least three weeks long, and the salon recommends booking about every four weeks. Brazilian services are for guests 18 and older, and guests 16 to 17 may book with parental consent. Guests under 16 must have a parent in the room throughout. Body and face services are offered to guests 12 and older. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 12 hours' notice, and a credit card holds the reservation. Late cancellations, reschedules and no-shows are charged 50% of the service amount to the card on file. Cancellation requests sent through the website form are not received by the location, so clients must contact the studio directly.
Series packages offer seven waxes for the price of six, with details varying by location. The loyalty rewards program is free to join, earning one point per dollar on services and two points per dollar on retail, with bonus points for birthdays, referrals and trying a new service. Every 500 points earns $10 in Waxx Rewards, usable at any location. Retail products are sold online and in studios, with returns accepted within 60 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
