The hair menu covers women's and men's haircuts, blow dry styles, color, partial and full highlights, lowlights, perms, keratin treatments and special occasion styles and updos. Tape-in and weft extensions are offered, and first-time tape-in clients need a pre-consultation to choose color, length and a custom order. A gloss refresh is recommended about every three months after highlights, balayage or color, to add shine and reduce brassiness. Outside of hair, the salon offers brow shaping, tinting and lamination, lash lifts, makeup application, permanent jewelry and waxing, including bikini and Brazilian 5-for-4 packages.

Booking details are clear on the menu. A 10% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, and tape-in and weft extensions require a $35 deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are offered. The salon is open Monday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday until 8 PM, Thursday until 5 PM, Friday until 6 PM and Saturday until 4 PM, and it is closed on Sundays.
