The studio treats skin as part of overall health, pairing holistic wellness with aesthetic treatments so that skin and body tension can be addressed in the same visit.

Facials begin with a detailed consultation covering skin history, current products, lifestyle and goals. Treatments combine cleansing, exfoliation and hydration with targeted care chosen for each client's skin, along with a facial massage component. The studio says pressure, products and LED use are adjusted during the session to how the skin looks that day. Signature Custom Facial, a 75-minute treatment at $150, is designed around the day's skin condition and suits sensitive, reactive, acne-prone and rosacea-prone skin. According to the studio, it is the best all-around place to start. Organic Sculpting Facial, a 90-minute treatment at $180, uses plant-based oils, botanical waters and barrier-supportive masks where the formula can be controlled. Microchanneling, a 90-minute facial at $200, uses a medical-grade device, and the owner performs every microchanneling session personally. A Deluxe Nano-Needle Microchanneling option runs 120 minutes at $260.

The massage menu has four options. Intuitive Massage mixes Swedish-style gliding with firmer pressure, assisted stretches, heated stones, warm towels and aromatic oils. Sessions run 90 to 120 minutes and are priced from $150 to $200. Fire Cupping Massage uses glass cups that create heat-driven suction, paired with a CBD-infused muscle rub and near-infrared LED light, and a 75-minute session costs $150. Prenatal massage is available for clients past their first trimester. The Facial and Massage Combo takes 150 minutes for $300 and pairs a 75-minute Yogissage with a signature facial. Yogissage is a technique the owner created, drawing on Swedish flow, deeper therapeutic work, Thai-influenced stretching and support for the nervous system.

Energy work includes CranioSacral therapy and Reiki. CranioSacral sessions, 75 minutes at $150, use light, non-invasive touch and move through intake, a regulation phase, hands-on work, gentle movement and a closing plan of home practices. Many clients book three to six sessions, with a plan set together after needs are assessed. Reiki sessions run about 75 minutes at $150 and can be hands-on or hands-off, depending on client preference. Clients stay fully clothed for both. The studio describes energy work as complementary care rather than a substitute for medical or mental health care.

The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Bookings are made online through the Vagaro scheduler or by calling (619) 786-6159. Sessions are paused and rescheduled for fever, flu-like illness, contagious rashes or open wounds, and clients are asked to disclose pregnancy, injuries, surgeries, clotting concerns or reactive skin when booking. The business also publishes skincare guides, product reviews and brand reviews online for people in any location.
