The salon says its aim is a professional and luxurious experience for each client. Treatments are done with medical-grade machines and technology, and facial work uses Glymed+, a pharmaceutical-grade skincare line.

The salon did not offer lash lifts for a number of years, citing formulas commonly used in the industry. It later added a lash lift built on an Australian system. The lifting solution is from a brand the salon describes as 100% natural, and the lash lift and lash lift with tint both come with an aftercare kit.

The Custom Facial is tailored after a skin analysis. It combines microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, oxygen, microcurrent, radiofrequency, facial cupping, high frequency, light therapy and a Glymed+ peel, and takes about an hour and a half. Other facials include dermaplaning, chemical peels, a hydrofacial, a vitamin C treatment with a red light session, and a pregnancy-safe option.

Lash fills are priced by how many extensions remain. A 30-minute fill suits clients with at least 70% intact and booked within two weeks of the last fill, a 45-minute fill suits clients with at least 50% intact within three weeks, and a 60-minute fill suits clients with at least 30% intact within three and a half weeks. The Transitional Fill is for clients coming from another lash professional or with under 70% of extensions left.
