Healthy hair is the salon's first priority, and it aims to be a welcoming and safe space for every guest. Stylists are independent business owners rather than hourly employees, and the salon offers flexible chair rental and commission arrangements.

Color is the core of the menu. Options run from a base refresh for new growth and gray, which can be paired with a 30-minute gloss through the ends, to complete single-color refreshes, partial and full dimensional color, and personalized Luxe changes from brunette to blonde. Vivid Artistry work covers rainbow and pastel shades and double-process blonding, while a color-refreshing treatment with a haircut can revive faded color or tone down unwanted warmth in blonde hair. Each color service has a recommended schedule, from every four to six weeks for a base refresh to every six to twelve months for Luxe.

Each stylist sets a starting-at price and adjusts it for service time and the products used, and prices can also reflect hair type and density, the result wanted and the stylist's expertise. Color is priced in two parts: a service rate plus a product fee calculated through Vish Software for the exact product used. Consultations are free and encouraged with any service, and clients can ask for a cost estimate before work begins. New extension clients need a consultation first, and haircutting starts with one as well.

To book, a credit card is required, and it is saved in a customer profile on Vagaro. Appointments canceled with less than 36 hours' notice may result in the full service cost being charged to the card on file. Guests aged 12 and under have to come in with a parent or guardian. Physical violence, and racist or harassing conduct toward guests or providers, are not accepted at the salon. Free parking is offered in the lot behind the building.
