The menu is organized into massage therapy, facial therapies, body treatments, hydrotherapy, hands and feet, enhancements and spa packages. Massage options include a Relaxation Massage, also called Swedish massage, in 60, 90 and 120 minute lengths, along with deep tissue, sport, hot stone, prenatal and couples massage. Couples massage takes place in a private room, and clients can choose any massage on the menu for it. Facials range from a 15 minute Petite Facial to a 60 minute Lavender Paraffin Facial that finishes with hot or cold stones.

Body treatments combine a salt scrub or clay application with a Vichy shower rinse that ends the session, and clients can choose a Detoxifying or a Relaxing essential oil blend. The spa asks clients not to shave for 24 hours before a body treatment because of skin sensitivities. Hydrotherapy includes a 15 minute soak in a private tub with adjustable temperature.

Appointments can be booked by phone or online, and walk-in clients are welcome. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A credit card is kept on file, and a $25 fee applies to late cancellations or no-shows for 60 to 90 minute massages, while a $50 fee applies to massage sessions or packages of 120 minutes or longer. Online bookings in Houston are paid in full at scheduling. Gift cards are available for spa packages and individual therapies. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, and the spa is closed Sunday at both locations.
