The menu covers acrylic, Gel X and polygel full sets, with refills offered two to three weeks after a set. A refill includes removing the previous design, lifting the nail and filling new growth. Manicures range from a basic service without polish to a gel manicure with detailed cuticle work, shaping, one solid gel color and a cuticle oil finish. Pedicures include a dry option, a wet option and a spa pedicure with a detoxifying soak, leg scrub, collagen mask and three hot towels, plus a CBD spa version using CBD-infused products. Combo services pair a gel, Gel X, acrylic or builder gel manicure with a spa pedicure.

Nail art is grouped into three design tiers, from simple French tips, chrome and cat eye styles up to complex nail art, 3D sculpted designs and crystals. Clients who want a set designed for them can book a freestyle set: they choose the length and shape, and the business chooses the design. Recreation sets use designs from the business's Instagram Inspo highlight at discounted prices. Seasonal fall and spooky theme sets are also offered.

Booking involves a $20 non-refundable deposit, which holds the appointment. Direct bookings pay the deposit through Zelle or Apple Cash, and online bookings are charged through the website. Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours ahead or the deposit is kept. A 10-minute grace period applies; after that a $10 late fee is added, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled depending on the day's schedule. Late or same-day reschedules carry a $10 fee, and a deposit can move to a new date within two weeks of the original appointment.

First-time clients should arrive with bare nails, or with product from another technician, which needs a $20 Foreign Soak-Off that is best booked online in advance so extra time can be added. The business does not work over another nail technician's product. Clients are asked to remove or cover their shoes at the entrance. Accepted payment is Zelle, exact-change cash, Apple Cash and Square, which adds a 4% convenience fee; CashApp is accepted with a $5 convenience fee. Damaged or popped-off nails are covered for repair if the repair is done within one week and photo proof is provided the day of the accident.

The business works on bare nails or on clients' existing product only with a Foreign Soak-Off, and it does not work over another technician's product.
