Uptown Salons has been locally owned and operated since 1999, leasing salon suites to independent beauty professionals across Greater Houston. The business says it was the first in the region to pioneer the suite-lease model and describes itself as community-focused rather than a national chain. Bookings and service questions go straight to the individual provider. Each location has an on-site manager during business hours. Dosha Boutique is a clothing and accessories boutique located within Uptown Salons, with shops at Creekside (Suite 141), Spring (Suite 120) and Woodlands (Suite 100). It focuses on curated looks in women's fashion and sells apparel, statement jewelry, handbags and gifts. The boutique is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
