The core of the menu is blow outs, priced by length of service and hair type. A standard Blow Out includes two shampoos, a conditioner, a round-brush blow dry and a thermal style of the client's choice. Clients with extensions book a separate Blow Out with Extensions, and those whose appointment runs longer than an hour can book Blow Out with Extended Time. A Blow Out for Kids is available for children aged 10 or younger. Deep conditioners can be added to any Blow Out for an extra charge.
Styling services include a Dry style, which is a thermal style only, and two updo options. Updo without wash is for clients who want their hair up or pulled back beyond a thermal style. Updo with wash includes everything in a Blow Out. Clients booking an updo are asked to bring inspiration photos of the look they want. Clients with extensions or who need extended time may be charged the difference for Updo with wash.
Add-ons range from Tie in Tinsel and Beaded Tinsel to braids, a Powder Root Cover Up, several treatments and a head massage. The salon also sells its own shampoo and conditioner.
Memberships are offered in two versions. The Traditional Membership costs $99 per month and includes two Blow Outs. The Extension Membership costs $138 per month, is for clients with bonded extensions, and also includes two Blow Outs. Both include a discount on additional Blow Outs, a free birthday Blow Out, monthly member perks and discounts on additional add-on services.
Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and later changes carry a $25 fee. Arriving up to 10 minutes late may mean a shortened service, while arriving more than 10 minutes late may lead to cancellation and a $25 fee. Missing an appointment without notice results in a charge for the full scheduled service.
