Pixie and relaxer memberships are billed every four weeks and bundle regular visits with shampoo, styling, cuts and relaxer or treatment services, plus priority standing appointments. Members book as usual, and a flexible fifth-week benefit applies when it is available, with benefits applied at checkout in the salon.
The Keratin Smoothing System starts at $195 and includes a haircut. The salon says it can reduce frizz and blow-dry and finishing time by up to 50 percent or more. Curl reduction depends on hair texture and chemical history, and a non-refundable deposit is required.
Booking changes need to be made online at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations on shorter notice and no-call, no-show appointments carry a fee of 50 percent of the service total, and clients with two no-call, no-show appointments can no longer book. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean rescheduling. The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 5 AM to 2 PM and Thursday from 11 AM to 8 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval.
Each appointment is customized to the client's hair needs, lifestyle and desired look, according to the salon.
