Every visit starts with a one-on-one consultation about style, goals and hair type. The three signature haircuts share a precision cut and style: the Graduate at $52 begins with a detailed consultation, the Executive at $55 adds a relaxing shampoo, conditioning and blow dry, and the Chairman at $57 also includes a hot towel facial massage. Signature haircuts include an eyebrow trim, a blow dry and style, and product recommendations, and scalp treatments are offered as part of haircut services. The salon does not offer hair coloring, gray hair treatments, color enhancement, or beard trims and facial hair grooming.

Stylists are licensed cosmetologists, according to the salon. The business sponsors the cost of Illinois cosmetology license renewal every two years and provides continuing education hours. New hires complete a six-month program of individual training, coaching and onboarding at the salon's offsite Training and Development Center, followed by ongoing mentorship and peer-reviewed sessions. The salon describes its stylists as the most skilled and experienced men's stylists in the area, and says clients often find them exceeding expectations.

Clients can book online up to 90 days in advance and choose their stylist. The salon suggests booking three to seven days ahead for the widest range of times, and a haircut every four weeks or less to keep a style. Guests are asked to arrive five minutes early. Start times can shift by up to 10 minutes, with changes sent by text, and late arrivals may be rescheduled, with add-ons such as shampoo or the hot towel removed. A no-charge 30-minute FlexBack revisit is available if requested within seven days of a haircut, with no tip expected. Children under six must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving a service, haircuts are not offered to boys under eight, family members each book their own appointment, and booster seats are not allowed on the salon floor.
