Visitors enter through the main door of the salon suite building, use the lobby intercom to select the owner, and are buzzed into Suite 210. Free parking is available in the building garage, and street parking is on Lawnmont Avenue. There is no receptionist or phone staff, so clients text the owner at (512) 827-8206 and book appointments through the online booking page.

Waxing is done with soft wax, which the business says captures fine hairs and lifts dead skin cells. Back waxing comes in lower or upper back for $30 (about 15 minutes) and full back, covering the base of the neck to the waistline, for $70 (about 30 minutes). Brow services include lamination, tinting, waxing, tweezing and a brow and lip combo. Intimate services include gender-neutral options for between the cheeks and bikini, as well as Brazilian waxing for female anatomy and a male-anatomy version. Brazilian and male-anatomy services are limited to clients 18 and older, and anyone under 18 needs verified parental or guardian consent, with a guardian possibly required to be present.

For best results the business asks that hair be about 1/4 to 1/2 inch long for body waxing, usually two to three weeks after shaving. Aftercare advice recommends avoiding heat, intense workouts, sun exposure and tight clothing for 24 to 48 hours. Zandi Land Deck Scrub is sold in the studio and suggested for exfoliating between visits to reduce ingrown hairs.

Opening days are Monday and Thursday, 12 PM to 7 PM, and Friday, 10:30 AM to 4 PM; the salon is shut on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Clients need to cancel or move appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations, late moves and no-shows incur a charge of 50% of the booked services, and a late arrival may lead to a shorter appointment, a 50% charge, or a rebooking, depending on what's free.
