Blowouts are a central service. Each includes a wash, dry and styling, and stylists usually work with brushes rather than hot tools. Add-ons include a hair mask with K18, a mask with a ten-minute head massage, half up styles, updos and Hollywood waves. Curls or waves without a blowout take about 30 minutes, and braiding starts at $50. A downtown booking page lists a $45 blowout rate with a junior stylist.

Color menus include toners, glazes and gloss, single process, face frame balayage, full and partial highlights, balayage, Air Touch balayage, babylights and balayage for curly hair, which includes Olaplex. Cuts include men's cuts, kids' haircuts for children under 10, women's haircuts and separate curly cuts for new and returning guests. The new guest curly cut includes a full hair and scalp detox and home care instructions. Beaded weft, tape-in and sew-in extensions are offered, and a complimentary consultation is required for all extensions except clip-ins.

Bridal services include a complimentary 15-minute bridal consultation, which is separate from a paid bridal trial. Micro wedding hair and micro wedding makeup are each $250 on the day of the wedding in the salon. Makeup application and waxing are performed by licensed cosmetologists, according to the booking pages. Waxing is offered at the uptown location.

The salon says quality is central to its work and that its stylists take ongoing education to stay current on trends, techniques and products.
