Booking is available online through Vagaro for regular appointments, but not for travel appointments. Weddings are booked by phone or email. A 24-hour cancellation charge may apply to appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Nail services are subject to tax. Listed hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm, Wednesday 10am to 2pm, Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm, and Monday does not appear on the schedule. E-gift cards can be bought online or at checkout, and physical gift cards are also sold.

Bridal work is a major focus. The Subtle Glow package at $390 includes an upstyle, airbrush makeup and strip lashes. Radiant Glow at $485 adds a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. Signature Glow at $575 adds a signature dermaplane facial, and Ultimate Bridal Glow at $625 adds an ultimate facial plus a lash lift and tint. Bridal packages include a hair and makeup trial at a $10 savings. Airbrush makeup is water-based with full coverage and a flawless finish. A bridal travel fee of $175 applies for locations 25 miles or less away, plus $3 for each mile beyond 25; the fee is subject to change and taxes are not included.
